This page contains the Terms of Use and other legal information for Quack Quack Pond (the "App"), developed and operated by Darrell ("we", "us", "our"), based in Singapore.
By downloading, installing, or using Quack Quack Pond, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to the parent or guardian who downloads and manages the App. Children use the App under the supervision of their parent or guardian.
Quack Quack Pond is designed for children aged 2 to 6, under the supervision of a parent or guardian aged 18 or older. The parent account (required for certain features) must be created and managed by an adult.
By creating a parent account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") at SGD 9.99. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
We do not have access to your payment information. All billing is handled by the app store platform.
All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sound effects, music, character designs, and the Quack Quack Pond name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
The App allows parents to take photos during gameplay and record custom quack sounds. These remain on your device at all times and are never transmitted to us. You retain full ownership of any photos or recordings you create.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Quack Quack Pond is designed with children's safety as a priority. The App:
Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and managing all account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
