The story behind the quack.
I work in finance. I have never written a line of code in my life. I cannot tell you what a variable is. I have never opened a game engine.
But I have twin daughters. And they are obsessed with ducks.
Every morning, the same routine. They find a duck video on YouTube, press their tiny fingers against the screen, and laugh until they can't breathe. Over and over. The same quack. The same joy. Every single time.
One night, after they fell asleep, I thought -- what if I could build them something of their own? A pond full of ducks. No rules. No losing. Just tap, quack, laugh, repeat.
I didn't know how. So I learned. One button at a time. One quack at a time. Every duck in this game, every sound, every ripple in the water -- I made for them. A dad in finance who had no idea what he was doing, building something out of love and stubbornness.
My wife said the idea was stupid. My girls said "MORE DUCK."
I listened to my girls.
